2. What these terms cover

These terms explain use of webookcalls.com and how to engage us. Our services are offered to business clients for business purposes. Browsing this website, sending an enquiry or booking an introductory call does not create a paid service agreement or an obligation to purchase.

Paid work begins only after both parties accept a written service agreement. That agreement identifies the provider and client and sets the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, duration, cancellation and any refund or replacement arrangements. It takes precedence over general website information for that engagement. These website terms do not change an existing client agreement.

3. Services and outcomes

We provide B2B prospect research, outbound calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, appointment-setting support and reporting, as agreed with each client. The channels, target audience and work included depend on the agreed scope.

Outreach results depend on factors including the offer, audience, data quality, market conditions and prospect decisions. We do not guarantee a particular number of calls, responses, qualified meetings, attendees, sales or revenue unless a specific commitment is expressly included in the service agreement. Any examples illustrate an approach or past experience and are not a promise of future results.

Qualification criteria and the treatment of cancellations, no-shows and replacement meetings are agreed in writing before outreach begins. A booked meeting does not guarantee attendance or a sale.

4. Pricing and onboarding

Our advertised starting retainer is US$999 per month, with a US$499 setup fee. The final scope and total payable amount, including any applicable taxes and agreed additional costs, are confirmed in writing before the client accepts an engagement. This website does not collect payment or enrol visitors in a subscription.

Typical onboarding takes approximately two weeks. Timing depends on receiving the necessary information, account access, materials and approvals. The campaign start date is agreed with the client; the onboarding estimate is not a guaranteed launch date.

Payment deadlines, renewal, cancellation notice and refunds are governed by the accepted service agreement and applicable law. No automatic renewal, minimum commitment or blanket no-refund rule is created by these website terms.

5. Client materials and outreach responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their offer, have the necessary rights to supplied materials and data, and communicate relevant restrictions and do-not-contact requests. Campaign requirements, approvals and data-handling responsibilities are established before outreach begins.

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable marketing, privacy and other laws. A service agreement does not transfer away responsibilities that cannot lawfully be transferred. We may decline instructions that would require unlawful or misleading activity.

6. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You must not use it to submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or disrupt its operation.

Website content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Viewing the site does not grant permission to copy or commercially reuse protected content, branding or materials beyond what applicable law permits.

7. Booking, external services and personal information

Our booking widget is provided by Calendly. Its operation and availability depend on that provider, and its own terms and privacy information apply to use of its service. External links do not make their providers part of WeBookCalls.

Booking a call or accepting these terms is not consent to unrelated marketing or to call recording. Any required recording notice or consent must be addressed separately. Questions about personal information or requests to stop outreach can be sent to gio@webookcalls.com.

8. Website availability and legal rights

We may update, correct or temporarily suspend parts of the website. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item of website information will always be current. Confirm material service details with us before relying on them for a purchasing decision.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts rights and remedies that applicable law protects. Any engagement-specific liability provisions must be set out in the service agreement.

9. Changes and questions

Updates to these website terms will be published here with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an accepted service agreement or accrued rights. Any choice of governing law or dispute forum for paid work must be addressed in the service agreement; otherwise applicable law determines those matters.

For questions or concerns, contact gio@webookcalls.com or write to Giorgi Logua at the business address above.
